They're cheering up in Heaven!

Darius asked Jesus into his heart tonight! We have been talking to him about it for a few days, and specifically telling him that if and when he wanted to take this step, he could tell us. We've explained it to him pretty thoroughly so he understands it. Tonight when Jeremy was reading a Bible story to him, he asked him if he wanted Jesus to forgive him and ask Jesus into his heart, and Darius said yes. When Jeremy asked him why he wanted to, he replied, "Because I love him." Celebration in Heaven! That's why we have these guys! Pray that he truly understands it and that Christ in him will shine to his brothers, sister, and mom. They are looking for a long-term placement for them right now, so they could go at anytime, or it could take a little while. I guess there are, like 10 kids in Tacoma right now who need long-term placements.
