This is my new hobby. All of the zillions of toys that mom and dad have for me are not very interesting to me anymore . . . I played with them so much when I was immobile, but now, it is way more fun to use lots of things to try to stand up. I can pull myself up with boxes, toys, chairs, low shelf of the coffee table, stairs, the wall, my crib, and people (even Xavier, the 2 year old, except that many times, he will move before I get all the way up and then I go crashing to the floor!) Yep, standing up is my new obsession, and most of the time, I don't cry when I fall down . . I just crawl to the next thing and do it again! I do have a nasty cold right now, though, and so I'm really fussy and irritable about that. P.S. A few fun things about my foster brothers: Darius likes to sing "Little Bow-Wow song" and has been playing non-stop with the neighbor kids, mostly outside. The other night, when he was out with friends, he went to go inside and was saying "Let's party in da house, party in da house," but then mommy said to stay outside, so then he said, "Party outsiiiiide, party outsiiiiide!" complete with little mini rap movements. Xavier is getting much better at sleeping, and his nose isn't as bad as before. He came home from a visit with mom the other day with his braids taken out and so now he has a very nice fro!

Laura,
I think that you can post pictures of them. I know that you want to protect them, but I have seen lots of pictures of foster kids on peoples blogs. Especially if you don't write their actual names (which I know that you already did, but in the future)A lot of people just put the child's first initial. Just a thought, I know that they are so cute that you would love to show them off a little. I would love to see the Fro!
Yeah, we'll see . . maybe with future kids. These two are very highly known in the media and stuff, so I don't think it would be a good idea.
Go Clara, walk circles around all those slow babies!
