Today's post is very random, because, aside from updating once a month for the twins, I have not posted on here in a long time.
1. Moving is hard. Moving with three kids under the age of 3 is REALLY hard. Don't want to do it again for a long time. We're settled now, though, and I absolutely LOVE our house! It will probably be at least a month before I get all the decorating and organizing done, but we did have a yard sale today and got rid of some stuff, so now the garage can be organized next weekend. For the last few weeks, we haven't really thought much about the Tacoma house, as we have been very busy starting stuff over here . . in a week or so, we're probably going to have to foreclose or short sale on that, and we're really trying to just have a positive attitude about that and realize that it's not the end of the world and God has provided a great place for us over here. Please pray for us that the process goes smoothly and won't be a big hassle to deal with from 180 miles away.
2. Being a REAL stay at home mom is really hard, too! I say "REAL" because I have not worked outside the home since Clara was 5 months, but I haven't truly been a SAHM because Jeremy has been around so much .. until last week. He now leaves the house around 7:30 and does not return until around 5:30 or 6, and, boy are we excited to see him when he walks in the door. I'm sure there will be a lot more to say on this topic. God is humbling me more and more everyday .. and the twins aren't even moving or eating solid food yet!
3. Went to the fair this evening with our Clara-girl and just thoroughly enjoyed every minute of her. She is turning out to be such a funny little girl, and it makes us excited to see the twins' personalities form and see who God is going to mold them into. She just loved seeing the pigs, goats, chickens, horses, rode a pony, played in a "science lab," ate yummy bad-for-you fair food, and got/lost a balloon. She was so excited about this balloon and was adament that we NOT tie it around her wrist . .. she just wanted to carry it in her hand, thank-you-very-much . . and she did a great job of it all the way to the car. Then, when we went to pick up the twins from Jerilee, a sweet lady who works at my dad's store and offered to have them for a few hours, Clara tripped on her sidewalk and the balloon was gone. It was maybe the saddest thing I've ever seen and made me want to cry for her. She obsessed on it for the next 1/2 hour, and we had ended up making up a big story about how a bird was going to have her balloon now, had to make up a name for the bird ("Sam . . . Sam the bird, honey, that's his name") and how he was going to take care of her pink balloon for her. Gotta love two-year olds.
Clara, on her first day of "school" . . she is going to a Christian daycare one day/week while I sub, so that my mom only needs to take care of the twins. She has been wanting to go to school since we started having foster kids about a year ago, so we told her that this was her school. We drive by it all the time now, and she asks when she gets to go back every time. :)

Hi Laura!! Clara looks crazy grown up already - maybe it's the backpack. Very cute house! We'll be praying for the Tacoma one with you.
Jeremy looks a little bit stoned in that one picture :)
