For the 4th, Jeremy, Clara and I went to Jeremy's parents' house in Salem, Oregon for a few days. We had a barbeque with his brother, his wife, and kids, as well as Jeremy's parents. I tried to get a few cute pictures of Clara for a 4th of July scrapbook page . . . here are a few of the best ones! She is sitting up now by herself for a few minutes at a time, especially if she has something in her hand she is interested in playing with, and she does well in the grass.

Those pictures turned out so cute! I wish that you hadn't been out of town, so that we could have taken some pictures of Hannah and Clara together in their little patriotic outfits!
